-Holidays-

The hols are finally here! But somehow I'm still not in the holiday mood..I wonder why..

Yesterday was duty for me. Think things went really wrong. There was a member who walked past me and I did not manage to stop him in time. Sigh..in the end the security brother had to step in instead. Really felt that I wasn't a good armourbearer last night. But the night kinda made up for it as two of the usher brothers drove and we had a great time fellowshipping over ba kut teh and dou jiang. Truly I think we can grow even closer as a section. Reminds me of the time when Shan and I were Hotels 4 and 3 respectively. Just one look across the aisle and we knew what each other was thinking. I really miss the yang men nu jiang days. Hee..

Today was an extremely busy day-attend friend's ROM in morn followed by lunch reception, service and Deepavali gathering with friends. Really been attending many weddings recently but I must say Ai Wei looked fabulous with her Audrey Hepburn hair and simple pink tube dress with a large rosette at the waist. Of course the shoes were the clinchers having been bought from Substance..after all who can compete with one of the Shopaholic Sisters? Hee.. Am attending another wedding in December but it's a dinner. Kinda looking forward to it as I'll be meeting up with my NIE friends. That also means I can wear one of my evening dresses. Yeah..question is how I do attend service then? Wear an evening dress for Service 6? Haha..

Have sorta planned what I want to do for hols-finish my half-done cross stitching, knit that scarf I've been procastinating about, bake cookies, read books..Don't I sound like some Home Economics teacher? Hm, always thought I am teaching the wrong subject. Haha..

Anyway the good news is I FINALLY found someone to wear Mamma Mia with me! It's sure a tough task getting kakis for musicals. Thanks my dear ming for agreeing to go with me. We must really spend more time together before we both go overseas. Hee, thanks to the many times you listen to all my grouses and fetching me to and fro. =) You've been a wonderful sister to me... Now how did my blog turn out to be a tribute to you? ;p
